Dear Mr. Radovan,

I am writing to give our appreciation to Francis Bautista, Negotiator, and Carlo Pineda, Assistant Manager.

Both Francis and Carlo were very pro-active in finding and finalizing our new office.  Both know the market extremely well; are diligent, responsive, and most importantly very patient in dealing with our requests ans queries throughout the whole course of our office relocation.
