The Home Search Programme
   Our core service is Home Search. CB Richard Ellis has a strict policy of achieving rental terms within the bounds of a corporate housing policy, whilst also assisting the Expatriate employee to find a suitable property matching their requirements.

The Home Search Team
   The team comprises of local and expatriate Property Negotiators, all of whom have extensive experience in leasing luxury residential properties and are experts in a range of locations and budgets. All of our Negotiators are highly skilled in handling Expatriates and in particular, families arriving in a new city for the first time.

   Our Home Search service is tailored to each individual's requirements and typically includes:

ORIENTATION

The Orientation Programme
   All programmes are tailored to the needs of the individual Expatriate and/or family and include the provision of a "Welcome Guide Handbook" covering many aspects of living in the host city. Prior to arrival, our Orientation Consultant will correspond with the Expatriate, providing a Questionnaire to establish their needs and requirements, thus enabling the Consultant to plan the most appropriate programme.

   CB Richard Ellis can provide each newly-arrived Expatriate with a tailor-made Orientation. The close cooperation between the Orientation Consultant and the Property Negotiator ensures a smooth programme for the Expatriate, with both the Consultant and Negotiator providing feedback to the Expatriate and the client's Human Resources department.
