Auction & Sales Management
As part of the Capital Markets
Group, the Auction Team assists
banks and other financial
institutions in disposing their real
and other properties owned or
acquired (ROPOAs).
The Auction Team has managed
forty-eight public auctions and six
sealed bidding assignments in the
last forty-eight months, selling more
than 1,500 properties worth over
Php1.8 billion. About half of the
properties were sold higher than
the minimum bidding price.
These auctions covered Metro
Manila and other major cities and
provinces all over the Philippines,
namely, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de
Oro, Bacolod, Dipolog, Bicol, Tarlac,
Bulacan, Batangas, Isabela, Nueva
Ecija, Pangasinan, Zamboanga, Rizal,
Cavite, Quezon, Ozamis, Iligan, Leyte,
Misamis, Cotabato, Pagadian, Bataan
and Benguet.
Asset Management
Effective and disciplined asset management is essential to realizing value on an asset specific basis. Our team monitors financial performance, studies local markets and compares individual properties against like properties in the portfolio and a baseline norm.
